  • What if I want a private lunch for my guests? Where should I take them?

Cloud Nine is available for private reservation on the opposite side of the café. This area of Cloud Nine can be booked with a food and beverage minimum. The space is flexible and there are various menu options to accommodate your group! To book your group, click here to fill out the inquiry form and someone will be in touch with you.

  • Are there buffet options for private daytime reservations at Cloud Nine?

Yes! A preselected buffet option is the way to go if you are looking for a relaxed menu. Guests can choose for themselves and you can kick back and enjoy your event!

  • If I book a private event on Cloud Nine, one level above the GeO-Deck, will my guests be able to visit the GeO-Deck, too?

A private event on Cloud Nine isn’t complete without a visit to the GeO-Deck! Give your guests the full tower experience! Book a private event on Cloud Nine and we will give you discounted tickets to the GeO-Deck for your guests!

  • Can I book a private event on the GeO-Deck?

We want everyone to have access to the GeO-Deck all the time! It is our mission to create a memorable experience for every guest, every time. Because of this, we do not close the GeO-Deck for private events. You are more than welcome to bring your group during standard operating hours to enjoy the observation deck as they please!

  • Is it better to visit the GeO-Deck before or after a private event on Cloud Nine?

The GeO-Deck is the perfect opening to any event in the tower! The GeO-Deck experience truly begins at the base of the tower as it provides a check in area at the ticket counter for your guests and a Pix station to capture the moment in front of a green screen! Once you have taken your picture, a Reunion Tower Ambassador will escort you up the elevator to the GeO-Deck. While taking in the view and interactive features, the food and beverage for your event will be waiting for you up on Cloud Nine!

  • How do you get from the GeO-Deck to Cloud Nine?

Cloud Nine Café is located just one level above the GeO-Deck. You can hop on the elevator or take the stairs one flight up

  • Will Cloud Nine rotate for my private event?

You bet! Guest will be amazed as they spin above the city!

  • Can we provide our own catering company for an event on Cloud Nine?

No need! You have an in-house Wolfgang Puck caterer that can whip up whatever your guests desire. We will have a full staff dedicated to your event!

  • What is the furniture set up on Cloud Nine? Can we bring in rentals?

Cloud Nine has a very flexible floor plan. We will provide high tops, café tables or large round tables and chairs. These can be arranged for private dinners or reception stations. We also have linens and glassware, but why stop there? If you have rentals then bring ‘em on up! From loveseats to casino tables we have seen it all!
